I ordered my pipe as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and after a little while of normal usage we noticed a little split in the downstem, I reached out and got a very timely response and was told that I would get a new piece sent to me. Shipping took a little while but when I got my package I was very pleased to find not only 1 but 2 new down stems as well as a new bowl which was very unexpected but it it’s amazing that I have these pieces in case of those kind of issues that just happen some times. It is an amazing pipe and hits very smooth, is extremely durable, as well as very unique, and the customer service is impeccable. I would recommend getting this product because unless you straight up don’t like it, it is 100% worth your money.

theres a how to use product. check it out before buying. i been waiting for mines and it been 12 days almost. i fear that this could take months to arrive. this might be outside united states.

Once an order is recieved, we ship same day or if the post office is closed, the next following day. We even ship on weekends when the post office is available so that you can get your product as soon as possible! the teratokes bamboo waterpipe although being a great concept and idea, seemed to falter in at least my package. upon opening and assembling i had noticed that the bottom container meant for storage fell off frequently lest i twisted to an angle where the bamboo happened to be wider, the variable of bamboo growth seems to have harmed the build quality. the downstems seal is not perfect and is prone to leaking INTO the storage / base of the bong from the hole where the downstem is placed , i noticed a scratch that was a tad thick but not deep by any means so did not worry about it but with the money i spent i am happy with this waterpipe i just wish it were a little better, although all my issues do seem to just be manufacturing errors and i am almost certain other packages would not have these defects, my only other complaint is that the glue and leather placement inside the storage is sloppy. a replacement would be nice although i am not certain as to how i could prove these issues without sending images
