I loved the bong the moment I opened it. Recently I left a bad review because after the first use it cracked. I thought this company was going to be like the others and not response. I didn't take into consideration it was the holidays I am happy to say I was wrong. T h e company is happy to replace it and explained to me it was the holidays is why it took time to reach out to me. I am sorry and can't wait to receive my new bong.

I have a crack . What's his rairy sad window ice melt, it started leaking out. With the wooden table was alright. There's some water spots on the table, but they could be repaired.

Performs well just be careful with putting stem in my bong cracked cause i pushed too hard
